Zusammenfassung:A heat sink (14) includes a blower (16) located in the heat sink (14) and a plurality of fins (18) extending from a periphery (20) of the blower (16) toward a perimeter (26) of the heat sink (14). The plurality of fins (18) define a plurality of channels (22) each having a channel inlet (42) located at the blower (16) and a channel exit (36) located at the perimeter (26) of the heat sink (14). The plurality of channels (22) vary in length around the perimeter (26) of the heat sink (14). A velocity of an air flow from the blower (16) at each channel inlet (42) is substantially equal for each channel (22) of the plurality of channels (22), and a total pressure drop from the channel inlet (42) to the channel exit (36) is substantially equal for each channel (22) of the plurality of channels (22).
