The generator assembly (7; 19) comprises a first generator (7) with a first stator (9) and a first rotor (11), the first rotor (11) being directly connected to the drive train (13), and at least a second generator (19) indirectly coupled to the drive train (13) via a gear box (15). The invention also concerns a drive train assembly (4), a wind turbine nacelle system (29), a method for converting rotational energy into electrical energy, a method of building a nacelle (5) and methods of re-equipping a wind turbine (1).
