Another connection unit (600) is electrically connected with the device or an inverter device of a semiconductor circuit arrangement (50) with a semiconductor element (500) and arranged in another partial housing (40). The partial housings are provided with two contact devices (30), and the semiconductor circuit arrangement is electrically connected with the former connection unit.
