Zusammenfassung:	The device has a torsion bar spring system (1) comprising parallel torsion bar springs that are arranged in a meander-type shape and connected with each other in a torque-proof manner. One of the torsion bar springs is designed as a lever torsion bar spring (1a) and the other torsion bar spring is designed as a bearing-torsion bar spring (1c). The lever spring is connected with a lever (6) that is guided into a cam of an adjusting link (3). A setting device (2) is connected with the bearing spring in a torque-proof manner and variably fixed against a bearing support (4). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a device for spring-supported pivoting of a flap or door against gravitational force between a closing position and an opening position.
