Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for producing an LED light wherein at least one LED band (1) is cast to form a housing (2) on all sides having at least one casting compound (3), wherein the LED band (1) comprises a flexible conductor carrier (1a) having chip light diodes (1b) arranged thereupon, conducting paths and electronic components, wherein, in a first process step, at least one flexible, positively connecting housing shell (2a) accommodating an LED band (1) on a first side, in particular a top side, is cast, wherein an LED band (1) is laid with the second side thereof, in particular the underside (1c), in a guide groove (4) corresponding to the length of the LED band (1) to be cast and having two parallel groove walls (4a) in a positively connecting, in particular a clamping manner, that is designed in a negative form (5) of the housing shell (2a) in a flexible form nest (6) and the flexible form nest (6) is filled in particular surface-flush with a flexibly curing casting compound (3) that contacts positively on the first side, in particular the top side (1d) of the inlaid LED band (1) and after curing of the casting compound (3) the housing shell (2a) is removed together with the LED band (1) cast on the first side, in particular the top side, out of the flexible form nest (6) and wherein, in a second process step, the cast, flexible housing shell (2a) is filled with a flexible casting compound (3a), in particular up to the upper edge (2b) thereof as defined in the first process step, that contacts the second side of the LED band (1), in particular the underside, and positively to the LED band (1) upon filling.
