Zusammenfassung:	A technique is provided which allows implementing a maintenance work which involves detaching the nacelle from the tower, without using a large size crane. A maintenance method of a wind turbine generator including a tower (2) and a nacelle (3) includes: a step of attaching jack pedestals (22) to the tower (2); a step of attaching hydraulic jacks (21) to the jack pedestals (22); and a step of lifting the nacelle (3) with the hydraulic jacks (21) to detach the nacelle (3) from the tower (2), from the state in which the nacelle (3) is rotatably connected to the tower (2).
