Zusammenfassung:	The door drive device (6) is mounted for driving a door blade (5) on multiple different mounting modes relative to a door blade guide (4) and is locked at the door blade. A control unit (1) is provided for controlling and monitoring a door drive movement, where a mounting mode detection unit (8) is provided, by which each mounting mode is detected. The control unit is formed such that it executes the controlling or monitoring depending on the detected mounting mode. An independent claim is also included for an automatically operable door system with a rotary door system.
