Zusammenfassung:	Silicone paste compositions are disclosed by combining a silicone organic elastomer gel with water or a hydrophilic solvent. The silicone paste compositions may further contain a personal or healthcare active. The silicone organic elastomer gel is prepared by reacting in a carrier fluid an organohydrogensiloxane with two polyoxyalkylenes, the first polyoxyalkylene having aliphatic unsaturation at both each molecular termini, and the second polyoxyalkylene having aliphatic unsaturation at one molecular terminal.
