Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is related to a method for determining a priority level of a received call message in a nurse call system. The method comprises the steps of
- receiving a call message made by a patient or by a nurse for the patient or by a device for monitoring the patient,
- obtaining from a knowledge management system context-related information on the patient, said context-related information on the patient containing at least probabilistic information related to a risk profile of the patient,
- obtaining respective probabilities of the received call message belonging to various priority classes of a set of predefined priority classes, taking into account the context-related information on the patient,
- assigning to the received call message one priority class of the set based on the computed probabilities for the various priority classes. |
