Zusammenfassung:	Balloon catheter (I) comprises at least one drug releasing coating and cavity filling on at least parts of the outwardly facing surface of the dilatable balloon, where the coating comprises a drug and a gelatin mixture. The gelatin components of the gelatin mixture comprises 10-90 wt.% of high-bloom gelatin having a gel strength of >= 250 bloom and 90-10 wt.% of medium-bloom gelatin having a gel strength of 50 to less than 250 bloom. Independent claims are also included for: (1) use of the gelatin mixture for coating the balloon catheter; and (2) a balloon catheter (II) comprising: a shaft having ends; a dilatable balloon connected to one of the shaft ends and having an outwardly facing surface; and at least one of a drug-releasing coating and cavity filling on at least parts of the outwardly facing surface, which comprises a cytostatic drug and the gelatin mixture.
