Zusammenfassung:	The carrier (12) has an arrester (14) for a safety stop and movably formed such that the arrester traverses during insertion of the carrier into a household appliance. The arrester is formed as a spring element or rigid element that is movably supported at the carrier. The arrester is deactivatable from an upper surface (22) of the carrier without using any tools, and is movably supported perpendicular to the upper surface. The arrester corresponds with a pullout edge (18) that is formed as an end cap (16) or a recess. An independent claim is also included for a household appliance comprising a useful load carrier.
