Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the identification and use of protein biomarkers with clinical relevance to kidney status and chronic renal injury or disorder. In particular, the invention provides the identity of marker proteins which are recognized by antibodies present in patients suffering from end-stage renal disorder, stable renal transplant, renal transplant glomerulopathy (TG), and interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy (IFTA). Methods and kits are described for using these proteins in the study and diagnosis of chronic renal transplant injury, and in the selection and/or monitoring of treatment regimens.
