Zusammenfassung: | The unit (2) has a mixer (23) for mixing two telecommunications signals of different transmission frequency bands in a frequency range of 950-2150 megahertz (MHz) and 87 MHz to 862 MHz. An electro-optical converter (25) converts electrical signals at input to optical signals at output. An optical multiplexer (26) outputs the optical signal at the output to a transmission network (3), which comprises optical fiber. The optical multiplexer has an input for a signal of a return channel, where the optical fiber has a wavelength of 1470-1530 nanometers. An independent claim is also included for a system for transmitting telecommunications signals in network of community antenna system with an optical fiber. |
