Zusammenfassung:	The actuator (1) has extensible elements (12, 14, 16) subjected to increase length in direction of application of efforts under an effect of rise in temperature. Invariant elements (13, 15) are subjected to increment length lower than the incrimination of length of the extensible element or zero under the effect of the rise in temperature, where each element is coupled with and intercalated between the extensible elements. The extensible and invariants elements are different diameter tubular elements arranged coaxially along the direction of application of efforts. Un actionneur thermique (1) selon l'invention comporte au moins deux éléments extensibles (12, 14, 16), aptes à subir une augmentation de longueur dans une direction d'application d'efforts (XX'), sous l'effet d'une élévation de température, et inversement, et au moins un élément invariant (13, 15), apte à subir une augmentation de longueur très inférieure à l'augmentation de longueur de l'élément extensible voire nulle, sous l'effet de ladite élévation de température, chaque élément invariant (13, 15) étant accolé à et intercalé entre deux éléments extensibles (12, 14, 16).
