Zusammenfassung:	The wheel (16) has teeth with a section having an outer contour in cross-section. The section of the teeth projects in a subsection of the outer contour as compared to an outer contour of an adjoining another section of the teeth, and is resiliently mounted. The former section of the teeth is formed at an axle end of the teeth. The former section is sparingly connected with the latter section of the teeth along radial direction. The teeth and the gear wheel are made of plastic. The wheel is used in a pump unit provided with a drive motor i.e. stepper motor. An independent claim is also included for a pump unit comprising a drive.
