Zusammenfassung:A system and method for providing client access to a network without changing client network settings includes determining whether the client is configured to use a proxy service and selectively acting as the proxy service when the client is so configured. In one embodiment, determining whether the client is configured to use a proxy service includes establishing a connection between the client and a configuration manager and monitoring the connection for messages containing a proxy request.
