A stopper is attached during wrong setting of the guide on a cutting tooth and prevents complete placement of the guide on a saw chain. The retainer is formed at two holders (5, 6) that are arranged on opposite sides of the chain. One holder is movably guided in a longitudinal direction of the chain. |
