Zusammenfassung: | There are provided flavin-binding glucose dehydrogenases with high substrate specificity for D-glucose. Novel flavin-binding glucose dehydrogenases which are derived from microorganisms belonging to the genus Mucor. They have low reactivity for maltose, D-galactose and D-xylose compared to their reactivity for D-glucose, and are therefore relatively unaffected by these saccharide compounds. They are also relatively unaffected by dissolved oxygen, and allow accurate measurement of glucose amounts even in the presence of saccharide compounds other than glucose in samples. |
