Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an oven (1 ) comprising a cooking chamber (2) wherein the items to be cooked are placed, a door (3) for accessing the cooking chamber (2), an outer panel (4) disposed on the door (3) forming the surface of the door (3) in contact with the exterior, an inner panel (5) forming the surface of the door (3) in contact with the cooking chamber (2), and a frame (7) disposed between the outer panel (4) and the inner panel (5), whereon the outer panel (4) is secured on one side and the inner panel (5) on the other side such that they are parallel to one another, having profiles (8) with quadrangular cross-sections, constructed by joining the profiles (8) in a "U" shape.
