Zusammenfassung:	Paper sheets or banknotes are fed to the printing machine from a stack (01) with a lifting table. They are passed to an inspection stage (31) via a conveyer belt (04). The inspection stage has two cameras (38,44) aimed at the paper on the rollers. There is a first inspection stage (A), a UV inspection stage (B) and a stage where the paper is inspected by shining a light through it (C). The inspection stage has a framework (30) and a support column (35) and is followed by a framework (09) for a serial number printing stage (08).
