Edge sections (14), tongues and straps are integrally molded at the base side pieces at a side that is turned away from the lamp. The edge sections, tongues and straps protrude out from a level of the base side pieces and are suitable to grip in a ceiling, in a mounted condition of the ceiling sided fixing elements.
