A cross section of a blade (224) perpendicular to the rotational central line is formed to decrease from a first reference plane (300) of the blade toward the head of the blade, and a central point of the cross section of the blade (224) perpendicular to the rotational central line is displaced forward or backward in the direction of rotation about the rotational central line, and is also displaced radially outward, from the bottom of the blade (224) arranged in order on the main surface toward the head of the blade.
