Zusammenfassung:	The rotor (3) has a number of rotor arms (2) with a retainer (4) at the outer end of arms, where retaining units of a bucket support are swivelably inserted in the retainer so that the support is hanged between two arms. The support is swivelably supported around a horizontal axis tangential to a rotation axis of the rotor and swings outward during rotation of the rotor. A stopper unit (5) for limiting the swinging angle of the support is provided at each arm, where the unit is formed as a shoulder or a rib, and an edge of the shoulder and/or the rib forms a stopper surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a bucket support for usage in a swinging-out rotor (2) a system for a bucket support in a swinging bucket centrifuge.
