Zusammenfassung:	The method involves carrying out standardization (B') of an amplitude of instantaneous peak value of the signal (B) by an automatic gain controller (21), so that the amplitude of instantaneous peak value is constant in time for the standardized signal. A digitalization is carried out on two bits of the standardized signal issued from the controller by using a converter of a scrambling signal reduction system (20), where the controller comprises a band-width higher than 100 kHz. An independent claim is also included for a receiver for reducing scrambling signal of a large band signal to spread out of spectrum comprising a scrambling signal reduction system.
