Zusammenfassung:	The device has a measuring line (12) forming a section of a transfer line (L), and a flow measuring device (4) attached to the measuring line. A pressure measuring device (M1) and a gas bubble sensor (M4) are provided at a region of a suction support of a pump (2). A flow monitoring device (M2) is provided at a region of the flow measuring device or at an access region of a measuring value processing device that is attached to the flow monitoring device. A flow or fluid or gas bubble detecting device (M3) is provided at a tank rear side end of the transfer line. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining volume of carbonated beverage dispensed from a supply tank or withdrawn from a withdrawal tank.
