Zusammenfassung:	The method involves cooling a circuit board body (1) to a temperature less than or equal to minus thirty degree Celsius by a refrigerant fluid (5) e.g. liquid nitrogen, where the circuit board body is made of biodegradable material such as vegetable based fibrous material or poly lactic acid (PLA). The cooling process is carried out over the entire body or only at the level of zones having machining burrs, or only at the level of machining zones of the body. The body is cooled prior to machining of the body. An independent claim is also included for a circuit board body preparation station comprising a machining module. La présente invention concerne un procédé d'usinage d'un corps de carte (1) comportant au moins une étape de refroidissement dudit corps de carte (1) à une température inférieure ou égale à -20° C par un fluide réfrigérant. L'invention concerne également une station de préparation d'un corps de carte (1) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'usinage décrit précédemment, comportant un module d'usinage (12) et un module de refroidissement (11) associé amenant tout ou partie dudit corps de carte (1) à une température inférieure ou égale à -20°C.
