Zusammenfassung:	The spray nozzle has a ceramic pin including a flow channel with an opening (3) for fluid to be sprayed. A ceramic isolator (6) is arranged between a ceramic inner conductor (4) and a ceramic outer conductor of the pin. An end section of the outer conductor is arranged as a ceramic heating element (5a) that covers a front side of the ceramic inner conductor at an end of the ceramic pin. The opening is controlled by the heating element. The flow channel is extended from an end of the ceramic pin in a longitudinal direction and is passed in the inner conductor.
