Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a printing apparatus including an obtaining unit that obtains an image and spectral characteristics, a printing unit that prints the image and patches showing the spectral characteristics while associating them with each other, and a consideration request unit that transmits a consideration request for the printing based on a comparison of the spectral characteristics and spectral characteristics obtained by measuring colors of the patches. The consideration request is based on a certification notification with respect to measured spectral characteristics of the patches printed.
