The device (10) has a distribution assembly including a case inside which a support cupule is mounted, a cover surrounding the case, and an exterior sleeve surrounding the cover. The case and the cover respectively have grooves cooperating with a guiding unit of the cupule to axially displace the cupule relative to the case and the cover between intermediate exit and product utilization positions. The assembly is mounted inside a protective casing that forms a covering for the assembly and is made of metallic material. The casing has an actuating unit (80) for rotating the sleeve.
