Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des Motorenstators einer Spaltrohrpumpe im Spritzguss oder Transferpressverfahren, wobei im Zwei- oder Mehrfachkomponenten-Spritzgussverfahren oder Transferpressverfahren zuerst eine erste Kunststoffmenge in die Form eingebracht insbesondere gespritzt wird, hierbei die erste Kunststoffmenge die in der Form befindlichen Einlegeteile insbesondere metallenen Teile und Wicklungen des Stators umgibt und den insbesondere zylindrischen Raum für das Spaltrohr oder den Spalttopf freilässt, und dass danach die das Spaltrohr/Spalttopf bildende zweite Kunststoffmenge in den frei gelassenen Raum eingebracht wird. |
