Zusammenfassung:The invention is directed towards an encapsulated electronic device, comprising a substrate; an electronic device on a first surface of the substrate; a first thin-film layer of a first inorganic material having a first optical property on the thin-film electronic device; and a second thin-film layer of a second inorganic material having a second optical property which is different from the first optical property on the first thin-film layer and wherein at least one of the first layer or the second layer is also an encapsulation layer and wherein the first thin-film layer and the second thin-film layer form at least a portion of an optical filter.
