Vulcanisation accelerating mixture

Mixture comprises (a) 3-methylthiazolidin-2-thione, (b) a thiuram disulfide derivative, a thiuram polysulfide derivative and/or mercaptobenzothiazole disulfide, and (c) at least a Lewis acid. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of a vulcanizate using the mixture as a vulcanization accelerator; (2) a vulcanizate obtained by the above process; (3) tin(II)-chloride dihydrate bonded to butyl rubber; and (4) the preparation of butyl rubber bonded tin(II)-chloride dihydrate, comprising mixing tin(II)-chloride dihydrate with an unsaturated isobutylene isoprene copolymer. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Mischung, welche als Vulkanisationsbeschleuniger verwendet werden kann, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung, Gummimischungen, welche diese Mischungen oder entsprechende Einzelbestandteile der Mischung enthalten, sowie Vulkanisate, welche unter Verwendung dieser Mischung hergestellt werden.
