Zusammenfassung:	[Abstract] [Object] An adhesive preparation containing donepezil is provided in which adhesive layer discoloration over time is inhibited. [Solution] The adhesive preparation containing donepezil has an adhesive layer containing donepezil and an acrylic adhesive on at least one side of a support, and a water content of the adhesive layer is 1000 ppm or more. The water content of the adhesive layer is preferably 8000 ppm or less and more preferably 7000 ppm or less.
