Zusammenfassung:	The valve (1) has a drive unit (43) arranged relative to a valve housing (2), and another drive unit (44) designed as a driving pointer (45) that moves at distance relative to the housing. The pointer is driven to one of oppositely oriented operating moving parts (64, 65) based on a normal position in a coil (44a), and acts on one of controlling elements (23, 24) when the drive unit to the controlling elements changes a switching position of the controlling elements. One of the controlling elements is coupled to a locking unit (37) that is attached to a valve seat (16).
