Zusammenfassung:	To calculate such a change plan of a component mounting line that reduces the amount of change work of the component mounting line in producing a plurality of boards (190) as small as possible. A production sequence calculation section (121) of a component mounting line design device (110) calculates, for each pair of the board types, an amount of work in changing a component mounting line identified by component mounting line information corresponding to one board type contained in the pair to a component mounting line identified by component mounting line information corresponding to other board type contained in the pair and identifies an order of putting into a component mounting line of a board type so as to produce in an order from a board type wherein the amount of work is smaller.
