Zusammenfassung:	The device has a floor (14) for receiving content of a container (10), and a weighing unit (16) arranged between the floor and the container. A guiding unit guides the floor with respect to the container. The guiding unit has plungers secured to the floor and co-operating with sheaths that are secured to the container. The floor is constituted of a flat continuous surface and a modular triangulated structure constituting meshes. The structure is made of carbon based composite material. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling content of a container. L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif de pesée du contenu d'un contenant (10), solidaire ou apte à être rapporté sur un véhicule de transport par terre, air ou mer, caractérisé en ce qu' il comprend un plancher (14) destiné à recevoir ledit contenu et des moyens (16) de pesage interposés entre ledit plancher et le contenant.
