The supply device is attached to a floor-close region of a small room (1) and includes an inlet opening (21) in one of side walls (11) or a floor (12) of the small room. The suction device is attached above the supply device or on a same height of the supply device. The supply device is aligned against a workplace (50) i.e. operating table, which is present in the small room, and positioned in an area of corners of the side walls.
