Zusammenfassung:A bi-directional packet data transmission system for a packet data transmission between a terminal and a radio access network includes an uplink resource and a downlink resource which are independently set. Memory resources can be effectively managed even in a packet data transmission service with the asymmetrical structure such that the packet amount for the downlink is much greater than the packet amount for the uplink, or the packet amount for the uplink is much greater than the packet amount for the downlink.
