A wireless IC device including an electromagnetically coupled module (1) made up of a wireless IC device (10) and a feed circuit substrate (20), a protective layer (30), a first radiation plate (31), and second radiation plate (35). The feed circuit substrate (20) includes a feed circuit (21) including inductance elements (L1) and (L2). The feed circuit (21) is electrically connected to the wireless IC chip (10) and coupled to the radiation plates (31) and (35). Signals received by the radiation plates (31) and (35) are provided to the wireless IC chip 10 via the feed circuit (21). Signals from the wireless IC chip (10) are provided to the radiation plates (31) and (35) via the feed circuit (21) and then radiated to the outside. |
