A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCED REMOVAL OF CO2 FROM A MIXED GAS STREAM VIA USE OF A CATALYST

A solvent based flue gas processing system for removing CO2 from a flue gas stream is described. A catalyst is provided to increase the efficiency of the solvent in capturing CO2 from the flue gas stream or in regenerating the solvent.
