Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the use of a beta-adrenergic receptor agonist as active ingredient for the production of a medicament for use in the treatment of neuropathic pain, in particular neuropathic allodynia, in particular chronic neuropathic allodynia, and more generally for the production of medicaments for relieving pain. The principal field of application of the present invention is the biomedical field, and more specifically the therapeutics field. The present invention aims in particular to provide a medicament which can be used as a substitute for the antidepressants currently used to treat pain. It finds a use in the human and veterinary clinical field.
