Zusammenfassung:A polymeric based lens comprises a hardening layer which is >= 500 nm thick; interferential multilayer made up of sublayers each having thickness of less than 250 nm; and first hard layer sandwiched between hardening layer and interferential multilayer, having thickness of over 300 nm, and made from metallic chrome, chromium (III) oxide, metallic zirconium, zirconium oxide, zirconium dioxide, metallic silicon, silicon oxide, silicon dioxide, metallic titanium, titanium oxide, titanium dioxide, trititanium pentoxide, metallic aluminum or aluminum oxide. A polymeric based lens comprises: (1) hardening layer which is >= 500 nm thick; (2) interferential multilayer made up of sublayers each having thickness of less than 250 nm; (3) first hard layer sandwiched between hardening layer and interferential multilayer, having thickness of over 300 nm, and made from metallic chrome, chromium (III) oxide, metallic zirconium, zirconium oxide, zirconium dioxide, metallic silicon, silicon oxide, silicon dioxide, metallic titanium, titanium oxide, titanium dioxide, trititanium pentoxide, metallic aluminum, aluminum oxide, metallic tantalum, tantalum pentoxide, metallic cerium, cerium dioxide, metallic hafnium, hafnium dioxide, indium and tin oxide, metallic yttrium, yttrium oxide, magnesium, magnesium oxide, carbon, praseodymium, praseodymium dioxide, dipraseodymium trioxide, tungsten, tungsten trioxide, silicon nitride or silicon oxynitride; (4) adherence layer having less than 10 nm thickness, sandwiched between hardening layer and first flexible layer, and made from the same material of first hard layer; and (5) second hard layer and second flexible layer, sandwiched between first flexible layer and first hard layer. The second hard layer is 3-20 nm thick and is made from the same material of first hard layer. An independent claim is included for manufacture of polymeric based lens comprising sputtering with an inert gas, preferably argon, in presence of oxygen or nitrogen.
