Zusammenfassung: | Use of aqueous solution of non-ionic surfactants as gel phase-free emulsifier systems for the emulsion polymerization, is claimed, where the non-ionic surfactants are (a) addition products from 1-40 mole of ethylene- and/or propylene-oxide per mole of allyl alcohol, and (b) addition products from 1-40 mole of ethylene- and/or propylene oxide per mole of allyl alcohol. Use of aqueous solution of non-ionic surfactants as gel phase-free emulsifier systems for the emulsion polymerization, is claimed, where the non-ionic surfactants are (a) addition products from 1-40 mole of ethylene- and/or propylene-oxide per mole of allyl alcohol, and (b) addition products from 1-40 mole of ethylene- and/or propylene oxide per mole of allyl alcohol, where the hydroxy-group of the addition products is end-capped in such a way that it is substituted by a structure of formula (OR). R : optionally saturated 1-20C alkyl. Independent claims are included for: (1) producing aqueous lattices by emulsion polymerization comprising dispersing aqueous solution of non-ionic surfactants as gel-phase-free emulsifier system by emulsion polymerization; and (2) a polymer dispersion obtained by the above process.
Verwendung wäßriger Lösungen nichtionischer Tenside als gelphasenfreie Emulgatorsysteme für die Emulsionspolymerisation, wobei man diese nichtionischen Tenside auswählt aus der Gruppe
(a) der Anlagerungsprodukte von 1 bis 40 mol Ethylen- und/oder Propylenoxid pro mol an Allylalkohol, und
(b) der Anlagerungsprodukte von 1 bis 40 mol Ethylen- und/oder Propylenoxid pro mol an Allylalkohol, wobei die OH-Gruppe dieser Anlagerungsprodukte endgruppenverschlossen ist in dem Sinne, dass sie durch eine Gruppe OR ersetzt ist, wobei R einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 20 C-Atomen bedeutet, der gesättigt oder ungesättigt, geradkettig oder verzweigt sein kann. |
