Zusammenfassung:	Oligonucleotides directed against the Mcl-1 gene are developed for modulating the expression of Mcl-1 protein. The compositions comprise oligonucleotides, particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids encoding Mcl-1. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of Mcl-1 expression and for the treatment of diseases associated with over expression of Mcl-1 are provided. Examples of such diseases include cancer and systemic mastocytosis.
