Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a bacteriophage preparation having at least one bacteriophage in alkaline buffer solution, said bacteriophage being specifically effective against at least one bacterial strain, in combination with at least one surface-active agent that is preferably a polyhexamethyl biguanide (polyhexanide) stabilized in an alkaline range between pH 7.5 and pH 9.0. The invention further relates to the use of such a bacteriophage preparation for the production of a pharmaceutical, particularly for therapeutic, preventative, and disinfecting antibacterial use. Finally, the invention also relates to a disinfection method using the bacteriophage preparation together with low-frequency ultrasound.
