Zusammenfassung:The method involves recording a calibration target (T1) of a driver-assistance system by using two measuring cameras (K1, K2). A position of the calibration target is determined relative to the measuring cameras, and the position and alignment of the target are determined relative to a geometrical axis of motion of a vehicle. The calibration target is recorded by a camera (KFAS) of the system, and a position of the camera is determined relative to the calibration target. The position and alignment of the camera are determined relative to the geometrical axis. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining a position and alignment of a camera of a driver-assistance system of a vehicle relative to the vehicle.
