Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	The heater (1) has a splitting device (8) for splitting total water flow into two partial water flows, where the total water flow escapes from a heat generator (4). A buffer device (9) is utilized for intermediate storage of the partial water flows. A bypass device (7) passes the partial water flows to the buffer device. A mixer unit (6) is utilized for combining the partial water flows. Water temperature of the mixer unit that is in connection with a hot water outlet pipe (3) is changed with respect to water temperature at immediate downstream of the heat generator. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a water heater by a flow principle.
