Zusammenfassung:	Microcapsules comprise a membrane encapsulating a polyol, where the membrane is permeable to water and substantially impermeable to the polyol. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing the microcapsule, comprising preparing an emulsion comprising an organic solvent forming a continuous phase, an aqueous solution comprising the polyol forming a dispersed phase, and a surfactant; introducing into the emulsion a reagent reacting with the polyol produced from surface polymerization of the substance forming a membrane around the substance for forming the microcapsules; and washing the microcapsules to eliminate the excess reagent; (2) a textile comprising the microcapsule; and (3) regeneration of refreshing effect of the textile, comprising drying the textile.
