Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is made to provide a safe blood glucose measuring system capable of preventing medical accidents such as forgetting to measure the blood glucose and/or forgetting to administer insulin. An incomplete patient history processing section periodically searches an insulin administration instruction table for blood-glucose-unmeasured patient, and writes blood-glucose-unmeasured patient in a patient history table. A complete patient history processing section writes data from a blood glucose measurement table in the patient history table as blood-glucose-measured patient. An incomplete patient warning processing section periodically searches the patient history table, and provides control to display a warning when finding any blood-glucose-unmeasured patient.
