The silicone organic elastomer is a reaction product of a linear or branched organohydrogensiloxane, an ±, É - unsaturated polyoxyalkylene, and a hydrosilylation catalyst. The silicone organic elastomer is particularly useful to gel organic carrier fluids. The gels and gels pastes also provide enhanced compatibility with many personal and health care actives.
